SOIL Pre-University Problem Solving (PUPS) is World's First Comprehensive Alpha-Z Innovation Program designed for the Digital Natives between Age Groups 8 to 16 yrs.

The participants will emerge as effective Pre-University Problem Solvers (PUPS) - as an individual or as a team by decoding answers to the real world challenges. A meta-cognitive program that gives practical exposure and impart essential life skills coupled with design thinking and prototyping skills.

Participants will work on a year-long Create-to-Learn Project as a team. The learning experience involves 3 to 4 iterations of Purpose based Research, Prototyping and Refinement. A powerful way to understand the real sense of Creativity, Leadership and Teamwork in Creating Failure filled Successful Innovation Stories.

PUPS in Action

Program Details

  • This is strictly an In Person Program in selected Cities only around the globe.
  • Classroom led - 2hr Live Mentor Sessions per week.
  • 3 to 4hrs of Weekly Team Assignments.
  • Accepted participants will indulge in an Immersive year long Project.
  • Limited Intake - ONLY 24 Students per Year.

Selection Process

The selection process to SOIL PUPS involves.

Step 1 : Participants should first Register and attend the SOIL FUNDAMENTUM Workshop.

Step 2 : The Mentors shall shortlist applicants based on their participation and performance during the Workshop.

Step 3 : Shortlisted applicants shall be invited for an Online Interview along with the Parents.

Step 4 : Final Selection Announcement shall be made based on the Outcomes of Step 3.
